Kaʻaʻawa is a small community located in the district of Koʻolauloa, City & County of Honolulu on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, United States. Ka’a’awa Valley is one of the most beautiful locations on the island of Oahu.
The Ka’a’awa Valley is one of Hollywoods favorite filming locations and major films and TV series like “George of the Jungle”, “Jurassic Park” and Lost are recorded here. Hint: Hurley’s golf course is located within the Ka’a’awa Valley. Also other films like Godzilla (4 giant footprints are still preserved), “50 First Dates”, “Mighty Joe Young”, Windtalkers and “Hawaii Five-O”.
